Probably not an impact signing for DL but it's not advertised as such.
Brings experience, depth and NI passport and didnt have to give up a body or pick to get it.

The deal involves an off-season roster bonus so that he will either get some money up front or can become a free agent after the season.
Mullinder's new base salary is approximately $80,000, or about $20,000 less than he was making with the Alouettes.

Pretty big salary.

On Twitter, Arash Madani said that the Stamps also wanted him, as you can see here: http://twitter.com/#!/ArashMadani/statu ... 8542592000
So another team bidding for him could be a reason his salary is going to be about $80k.
We have needed better depth in our front four. Better NI depth in particular. This signing gives us that.
Whenever I'm about to do something, I think, "Would an idiot do that?" And if they would, I do not do that thing.

Experienced NI depth can only help at the mid way point the season is at now. I would imagine a guy with his 3rd team in 2011 will have something to prove at least to himself. He may do quite well. We shall see.
